What Kayla’s Custom Journey Included
Step 1 - Assess.
When Kayla started care with Dr. Rachel in 2021 she was looking for a more personalized chiropractic experience and that’s exactly what she got. During her initial visit we talked a lot about the current issues she was facing, her past health history, her stress levels and stressors, and other lifestyle factors that were impacting her day to day function. We then proceeded with a detailed exam to determine where her body needed more support.
Step 2 - Analyze.
During her new patient exam, the functional tests we performed revealed imbalances within her nervous system and areas of her brain that were not communicating and functioning as best as possible. They also showed us that Kayla’s nervous system was functioning primarily from a stress state, rather than a relaxed, calm, and restored state.
Step 3 - Heal.
Kayla’s healing process involved a detailed restoration care plan, personalized just for her. With gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments we were able to allow her gut, brain, hormones, and entire body to start communicating properly. Since being under care with Dr. Rachel, Kayla’s overall quality of life has significantly improved from many different aspects, including her gut health, her overall comfort levels, her emotional regulation, and her hormonal consistency.
Step 4 - Maintain.
Kayla’s path to wellness didn’t stop after her restoration care plan concluded. She has transitioned to Lifestyle Care at FFC and has been getting weekly adjustments for over two years now. Kayla also had an amazing pregnancy in 2023 and attributed much of her chiropractic care to how comfortable, at ease, and energized she felt throughout her pregnancy.
