Dr. Rachel | Pediatric + Perinatal Chiropractor

Hi y’all, I’m Dr. Rachel!

My love for chiropractic care began in my hometown of Tomahawk, Wisconsin. I experienced a mild neck injury as a young teenager and sought out a local chiropractor for help. After she helped return my body to normal function, I continued to stay on as a patient in her office. Not long after, I started working in the office as an assistant, which led me to better my knowledge on holistic lifestyles and the benefits of natural healthcare. During those years, I fell in love with the philosophy of the body being able to heal itself, so long as any interference was removed from the nervous system.

After finishing high school, I moved to Green Bay, WI to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology at UWGB. I absolutely loved living in Green Bay and knew I wanted to eventually come back to the Fox Cities region! After finishing my undergraduate program, I spent three and a half years earning my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (DC) at Life University in Atlanta, GA.

While in chiropractic school, I served as secretary and vice president of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) club. I always knew I would end up working with kiddos - had I not been called to be a chiropractor, I would have definitely been a teacher! Through Life University and the ICPA, I was able to meet and learn from many different doctors and healthcare professionals in the pediatric and perinatal realm.

Additionally, I have taken the Webster Technique course through the ICPA (a chiropractic technique specifically designed for pregnancy), and am also a certified BIRTHFIT Leader and BIRTHFIT Coach. These certifications allow me to provide the best care possible for moms in the parenthood transition - from preconception through the postpartum period. I am continuing my post-grad education through the ICPA, which is allowing me to stay active in the pediatric and perinatal fields!

When I'm not serving the families of FFC, you can find me loving on my friends and family, just happy to be back in the Midwest! I also enjoy spending time outside exploring local hiking trails, hanging out on the lake, and grabbing some fresh veggies at the farmer’s market. I hope to see you around town soon!
